New Covenant Fellowship was established in the year 1986 by Pastor Bill & Mary Catherine Shanks. Their vision was to reach the lost, help people to know God and continue growing in the knowledge of God.  New Covenant Fellowship is located at 3830 Williams Blvd in Kenner, LA.
